System audit: including cabinet layout, software levels, list system information, feature access code, extensions programmed and spare, trunk circuits used and spare.

Trunk Audit: includes indentification of trunk services on test point frame to phone system, indentify trunk services on building MDF. We also compare trunk services with your billing information.

Peripheral equipment: Identifies any peripheral equipment associated with communications equipment, update asset register for associated equipment eg bar coding.

Handset Audits: include extension numbers, handset types & condition of handsets

Cabling audit: assessment of IDF, TPF, MDF and patch panels.

Equipment risk / lifecycle audit: includes end of life notification, expected end of life of equipment, end of support, manufacture etc & risk level associated with each piece of equipment

At the completion of the audit Voicepoint will supply a detailed report that will help you in the current and future planning of your communication.
